If your team can’t send its own delegate to the General Assembly, you can delegate your vote to another team. Each team can receive a maximum of one additional vote—on top of its own. You’ll find the vote transfer form in the General Assembly documents, which will be sent to you with the invitation in October, or on our Documents page.
The form must be completed and sent 1 week before the meeting to: 📬 dv[at]queerleague.de.
Formal reporting processes
Every player must be in the QVL become a member; registration is done via a team by December 31 of the previous year.
During the season, Late Registration is possible at any time, as long as the maximum team size (15 players) is not exceeded.
Important: Every player must fill out the registration form.
For this, we provide a form on the website.
Team registration (for the next season and for the Delegates Assembly) usually starts in mid-September – deadline October 31 and is completed by the team representative.
The team can be deregistered after the season ends up until the start of the Delegates Assembly if it no longer wants to take part in the QVL next year.
Deregistering a team after the Delegates Assembly always comes with penalty fees. For more information, it’s worth taking a look at the Financial Regulations.
A player can be deregistered at any time, as long as that player has not yet been fielded during the season.

The sanctions imposed differ from team to team. The team captain receives an account statement twice a year (April and October), where you can see your team’s penalty fees. In general: if you’ve met all deadlines and followed the rules, no penalty fees apply.
You can read about what penalty fees are imposed for in the Finance & Competition Regulations.
