Registration for Participating Teams

For a complete team registration, at least six players must be registered, and the membership fee must be paid for each. The current membership fee is 25 EUR per player. An updated overview per team will be sent multiple times to team managers and their deputies before the respective deadline.

Additional players can be registered digitally on the match day itself as a late registration or as a one-time substitute – please also refer to the regulations in the League Rules. Update Jan 02: Initial registration for players is closed. You will receive your final status, including payment instructions, by January 5.

Data Protection Information
To manage your membership and communication, we process the provided data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR. Incomplete mandatory information (name, date of birth, email, signature) prevents processing; optional information is not required. Data is stored during membership, after which name, date of birth, email, and payment data are retained longer for tax purposes.
You have the right at any time to access, correct, delete, or object to your data (informally to the Data Protection Officer/Board). Upon request: data in machine-readable format or transfer to third parties. In case of unlawful processing: complaint to LDI NRW (www.ldi.nrw.de) in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
