Deadlines in the new season
Each season brings with it a number of deadlines for process steps that we have developed and found to be good over the years. Attached you will find a simple table with an overview of the dates that you should note for a smooth start to a season:
October 11, 2025
Last date for the regular submission of applications for the ordinary Delegates Meeting. Applications for higher classification for new registrations are also affected. If you have any questions about applications and their content, please contact us – please send your final applications to dv[at]queerleague.de
October 25, 2025
Final date for sending out invitations to the ordinary Delegates Meeting, our Delegates Meeting. With the invitation, we will provide you with a rough agenda and all applications received.
October 31, 2025
Deadline for Team-Registration! Make sure that your registrations are submitted to the board by this date and can be prepared for the Delegates Meeting. Your contact information and who represents you at the Delegates Meeting are important. Someone from your team can take on this task or someone else to whom you transfer (delegate) your vote in the association.
November 22, 2025
Finally: our Delegates Meeting in Düsseldorf!
Info: two board members are up for re-election and a new position is to be created to ensure long-term stability. We will publish more details about the tasks and restructuring soon.

December 31, 2025
After the Delegates Meeting, we will activate the form for player registration – your deadline will then run until the end of the year to register a complete team with us.
January 31, 2026
For the players in your team, you transfer the fees and, if applicable, the deposit by the end of January in order to obtain your eligibility to play.
