Registration for Participating Teams
Please use this form to register as a playerin for a team for the 2026 season. After completing and signing, you will automatically receive a copy by email. For a valid club membership, a signature using a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) is required.
For a complete team registration, at least six players must be registered, and the membership fee must be paid for each. The current membership fee is 25 EUR per player. An updated overview per team will be sent multiple times to team managers and their deputies before the respective deadline.
Additional players can be registered digitally on the game day itself or for a one-time substitute role.
Note: Experience shows that Adobe Webforms work significantly better on a tablet or laptop than on a smartphone. Since the view on mobile devices is only partially responsive, we recommend filling out the form on a larger screen to avoid unnecessary effort.
You can also open the form in a separate window via this link. Further information on season registration can be found in our regular newsletters and in the WhatsApp community. These notices will be passed on to your team managers and their deputies so that everyone stays up to date.
